The best customer service is preemptive, by designing and fabricating to the best of my ability. ¬†However, in the event you do have issues with anything, politely inform me of the problems, and we’ll promptly resolve it in your favor as appropriate. ¬†The best marketing is happy customers.

If a stock item doesn’t work with your bike setup or misses a deadline for your trip, just arrange to send back the merchandise and I’ll gladly refund the purchase.
