The best customer service is preemptive, by designing and fabricating to the best of my ability.  However, in the event you do have issues with anything, politely inform me of the problems, and we’ll promptly resolve it in your favor as appropriate.  The best marketing is happy customers.

If a stock item doesn’t work with your bike setup or misses a deadline for your trip, just arrange to send back the merchandise and I’ll gladly refund the purchase.
